CANCELLATION POLICY

The Siren waxer will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, this will result in the appointment being canceled, and will be considered a no show. A 50% charge will apply. For no shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee will be applied. I understand that things come up, but I ask that you please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The fee is within reason, communication is key in avoiding fees. On your cycle? No problem! We have sanitary wipes, tampons and pads on site for your convience. You can wear a tampon during your service or just let me know if you don't use tampons so I can accommodate. If you chose to cancel your appointment due to your cycle (within 24 hour window) 50% fee will apply. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a fee will be applied. This fee will NOT be applied to your next appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my policy.
