CANCELLATION POLICY
A card is required on file when booking your appointment. Your card information is secured and private through gloss genius. Please give at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee charged to the card on file. ♡ No Shows♡ If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice you will be charged 100% of the service total. ♡ Late Policy ♡ There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive after this time your appointment is subject to being rescheduled and a 50% charge will be charged to the card on file. Any failed payments will result in being banned from booking until the balance is paid. ♡ Period Policy ♡ You can still receive a Brazilian or bikini wax on your period, as long as you have a fresh tampon, menstrual disc, or cup. If you chose to cancel due to your cycle, I completely understand. However, the cancelation policy still applies.
